Bottle picked up directly from the brewery webshop, drinking at home Thursday 18th February 2021 making homemade Fish and Chips (incl: Beer Batter) Mushy Peas and homemade Tartare Sauce. Hazy, cloudy mid gold, soft in the mouth, this is a little thin and watery but it's not without it's pluses, light wheatiness, a touch sweet. Fine but like many low abv wheat it is not really cutting the mustard.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes dunkel goldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, leicht fruchtig. Geschmack hefig, leicht bananig fruchtig, minimal säuerlich.

Mild hefiger Antrunk, geringe Süße. Im weiteren Verlauf weiterhin kaum aromatisch, minimal hefig, etwas trocken. Weder bananig noch süß. 9/7/8/7/8/7

(bottle) Cloudy, murky golden colour with a big but not persistent slightly off-white frothy head. Sweet wheaty and banana-fruity aroma with a grainy touch and clovy phenols in the background. Moderately sweet flavour with a tinge of sourness, light bodied with a lively carbonation. Slim wheaty base with present notes of banana; mildly sweet wheat-malty finish with delicate notes of cloves. Slim but nice enough. 03.I.12

Bottle: Hazy, lively carbonation, mid-sized stable fluffy white head, lively carbonation, sweetish-clovey nose, a short hoppy illusion shows up; light sourish-sweet flavour, light bodied without being soft; fruity and wheaty finish, some acidity, some bitterness detectable. Drinkable, indeed......
