Bottle. Color: Clear golden, white head. Aroma: Yeasty, fruity, malty with a hoppy backbone. Taste: Yeasty, fruity stone fruit notes, hints of citrus, malty base with hoppy backbone. Medium body, average carbonation. Sugary hints. Long lasting dry-ish and bittery finish. Ok.

Pours a moderately hazy dark golden with some orange hints. A quite big and nicely frothy white head shows good retention and nice lacing. Good intensity and freshness in the aroma, where the slightest cerealish base is followed by light honey notes, vivid fresh grass, fruity notes of citrus (with lighter peach and candied orange hints) and hints of spiciness. Taste notes follow the aroma closely, albeit maybe not with perfect definition/precision. The beer is pretty strong in therms of both sweetness and bitterness, with an overall balanced mouth and a bit of dry bittering punch in finish and aftertaste (still leaves a bit of fruity aftertaste though). Quite dense in body with pretty high carbo; a very lively and quite full mouthfeel. Hides the alcohol very well. Overall a nice belgian strong ale with a bit more of hoppy character.

0,33 l bottle. Pours golden with medium, lasting off white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, sweetish, spicy, funky clove like phenol. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter. Finish is dry with a hefty bitter kick. Very pleasant drink.
