500ml bottle, thanks to Erzengel! Many thanks. Pours clear gold with small, receding head. Aroma is lightly sweet malts. Taste is smooth, buttery, some grain, light oxidisation, faded hops. I imagine this would taste markedly different fresh. Oh well.

Nothing too special here except loooong finish. Solid mouthfeel but not hitting me over the head with complexity.

Bottle: Light amber coloured, clear, small off-white foamy layer, caramelly-cardboardy nose with a sweetish-fruity touch and hints of herbal hops from far away; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied and quite soft;slight traces of fruits and cough syrup in the mild sweetish-caramelly finish, completed by a delicate bitterness.Yawn…

Dark golden colour with a white head. The brew starts malty, quite boring. Too sweet in my opinion to really taste the hop-aroma. The mainpart is malty-sweet. This covers the probably nice and floral hop-aroma. The aftertaste is long, malty-sweet, too sweet, slightly bitter. From the Saphir-hops nearly no hint. Only a little bit of Citrus in the end. The rest was killed by the heavy malt-layer, that is a bit annoying and covering nearly every other aroma.
--> Not good this year. Could be a bit less malty to let the Saphir-hops fully develop its aroma. --> 6/11/7/7

Huge thanks to Willems Urenkel for that bottle. Looks really good. Beer in the glass light, small head. Starts mild, modest hoppy-dry, a bit metallically. Fruity hints of lemon in the background. Finish a bit unbalanced with soapy notes. Okay.

0,5 l bottle. Clear and amber in the glass. A lot of CO2, small short living head. A lot of Saphir for the nose. Starts smooth, roasted malt. Medium hope, I expected more. Ends with light bitterness and citrus. Interesting, but not more.

Leicht bitterer Antrunk mit angenehmem Hopfenaroma. Dabei etwas pappig, mild. Der Hopfen bleibt dann mild, dezent getreidig. Gut trinkbares Bier, bei dem die Brauerei wie bei all ihren Produkten im Marketing zu dick aufträgt. 10/10/9/9/9/9

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a blond and mid-sized foamy head. Fruity hoppy aroma with notes of citrus, tangerine and a tinge of grapefruit, accompanied by mildly spicy and oily phenols. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Quite dry (cara-)malty base with hints of astringent black tea/Earl Grey and moderately fruity flavours of citrus, leading into a dry-ish and delicately astringent finish, which reminds me a bit of a cold cup of Earl Grey tea. Not bad at all. 28.V.13
