# 2194; 8/2020. Again in production, probably exclusively for german trade - label in german. Malty and herbal aroma. Gold to amber body, white head. Malty, herbal, yeasty, slightly nutty and slimy. Ja, da ist original böhmisches Bier, aber... Typical czech lager from industrial brewery... Just typical beer - not good exeple of bohemian pilsener... 0,5 l, bottle, supermarket (Norma), Rožmitál pod Třemšínem (Bohemia, CZ).

Bottle (bought at my local Norma store). Sour barley malt aroma. Clear golden yellow color with large head and strong effervescence. Sweet-sour barley/corn malt and moderately bitter herbal hops flavor. Medium body. Not so great - a bit too sweet.

bottle from Norma supermarket. Golden yellow, medium-sized white head. Typical aroma for a Czech lager, intensivley malty. Solid malty body, slightly fruity and with a bitter-sweet character. Lovely!

Bottle: Deep golden coloured, mid-sized and pretty stable white head; typical "bohemian" nose: distinctive sweet-malt, rounded by spicy herbal hops; robust sweet-bitter flavour over a light malty base, rather light bodied; mild but spicy herbal finish. A good example of that style, astonishingly not available in Bohemia.....

(bottle, German label: Fürst Original Böhmisches Bier, 4.8%, bought at a Norma supermarket for 35 €urocents) Clear, golden colour with a lacey foamy, slightly yellow head. Sweet malty, slightly sugary and buttery aroma with a subtle apple-fruitiness and shy traces of hops. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Grainy, slightly bready taste, a bit fizzy on the palate; moderately dry, malt-accented, slightly bitter, shy hoppy finish. Rather bland.

Bottled(500ml). -Cloudy orange coloured, medium sized airy white head, perfumey nose. Very smooth. The aroma is malty, nice hoppy and fruity (lemon and apple). Mild hoppy aftertaste. Nice and pleasant taste which is slightly worse than Vevoda.
