Ratebeer Odense Summer Gathering 2015. Cloudy brown with a lasting white head. Aroma of over-ripe banana, banana candy, caramel and milk chocolate. Sweetish fruity flavour with lots of banana, and a little sour, drying edge in the finish

Bottle @ Odense Summer Gathering, 2015. Pours hazy amber with a small creamy white head. Nose is rich caramel and bread. Esters and banana beneath. Flavor is sweet and estery with a tart dark fruity touch. Medium bodied.

Bottle: Chestnut-amber coloured with a reddish sheen, hazy, barely medium-sized, slowly collapsing, off-white creamy head; moderate, but distinctive sourish and (bitter-) chocolatey nose, caramel, toasted malt and wheat just behind the curtain; almost medium bodied, quite smooth, mild to moderate sourish-sweet flavour; relatively short sourish-caramelly finish. A nice middle-of -the road Dunkelweizen…

(bottle) Cloudy, dark brown colour with a firm medium-sized and tanned foamy head. Dark and slightly leathery malty and mildly wheaty aroma with notes of berries and traces of dried fruits, as well as a whiff of chocolate in the background. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Slightly leathery and leafy malt character with wheaty and berry-fruity notes; a bit slim, slightly sweet and delicately sour-fruity finish. 29.IX.14

Bottle @ home. Clear copoer to brown colour with a big off-white head. Smells weird and unfresh. A bit like sperm or something. Tastes sweet, banana, some cinnamon, brown sugar. Thin to medium body, soft carbo.
