Bottle from Supremo Cristal, Portugal. Pours a dull murky light brown colour with an off white head, big but soon dissipating, and a good amount of muddy sediment. Sweet aroma of caramel, banana and fig. Quite heavy on sweetness to taste. Medium body, sticky texture, soft carbonation. Reasonable aside from the look.

Bottle at the chriso May 2014 tasting - London. Pours lightly hazy gold with a frothy white head. Sugary nose, with Belgian yeast, wheat, candi sugar. Medium to big sweet flavor with more candi sugars, wheat bread, yeast, some light dry wood accents. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Warming finish with faint bitter pine needles, more rich sugars, toasty bread, wheat, yeast, simple malts. Not bad overall.
