Draught @ source. Hazy golden color, medium to full sized white head that lasts for a long time and leaves good lacing. Aroma is wheat, citrussy and almost tropical fruit notes. Flavor is wheat, citrus more than usually in a weizen, light artificial banana, quite floral, herbal / spices in there too it seems. Somewhat odd flavors after the initial surprising tropical fruit power. Peculiar weizen, interesting though. Full bodied with suitable carbonation. 6-3-5-3-11.

On tap at the brewpub, Stadtperle Aurich. Recht klar für ein Weizen. Süßlich-milder Antrunk. Weich, nette milde Hefearomen, leicht künstliche Banane, frisch und spritzig. Sehr fruchtig und süffig. Der Nachgeschmack ist frisch weizig-spritzig, mild, kaum herb und schön rund. Nicht zu tief, weich-süßlich, lecker!

On tap at the Brewpub. Trübes orangegoldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch würzig, hefig, fruchtig, Gewürze. Geschmack hefig, fruchtig, bananig, leicht säuerlich, Gewürze.
