500ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish golden colour with small to average, frothy, diminishing, virtually not lacing, white head. Grainy, strawy aroma with a short flush of suggested fruitiness and yeast-spiciness. Taste is minimally sweet pale malty with caramel in telescopic sight, slightly grainy, minimally malt-spicy, flat grassy bitter hoppy finish. One of those vacuous brews making you think about why your favourite occupation is rating beer; or at least, why you don’t confine yourself to rating exclusively good beer.

bottle from Bierzwerg. Plae golden colour, mid-sized white head. Malty start, with hints of nuts and some grassy, resiny hops.

Bottle @ Greg’s dump. Pours a light yellow appearance with a white head. Slightly lemony, dull sweet grainy, grassy aroma. Decent carbonation. Kind of chewy mouth feel. Twangy lemon flavor. Seems a touch old but not all that bad.

Klares goldgelbes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, leicht würzig. Geschmack würzig malzig, leicht süß, leicht herb.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts malty, modest dry, mild hoppy background. More and more dry-malty, a bit metallically. Finish a bit boring. Okay.

Bottle (kindly delivered by joss!): Greenish-golden, stable lacy white head; strawy-grainy nose with a light grassy-hoppy touch; medium bodied, a bit sticky, quite dry bitter-sweet flavour; lingering herbal bitter finish. No masterpiece...........

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a beautiful, blond foamy head. Sweet pale malty and strawy nose with a distinctive touch of nettle-like hops. Light-bitter flavour, medium bodied with a mild carbonation. Soft malty, slightly grainy taste with a mild malty and herbal, slightly grassy finish. Not particularly demanding (15.IV.09).

Bottle. Straw malt nose. Pale golden, fine carbonation, lacing low head. Orangepeel on straw, bready retronasal, light dusty hops. Medium chewy body. Not terribly inspired.
