Fruity in the nose, a bit like candy. The beer starts very neutral. Fresh, slightly fresh but not too deep. Quite floral - sweetish, but not too intense. The aftertaste is smooth, very smooth-neutral. A bit sweetish-floral, but way too neutral.
Easy to drink, fresh-yeasty, nice. 10/12/8/9

Bottle from the brewery
Cloudy blond color; compact head. Nice aroma of malt, delicate hopping, delicate buckwheat; some butter. Light body, delicate buckwheat flavor, with correct bitterness; some butter again (light).
This is a very delicate and interesting beer, where the buckwheat manages to leave a mark; it’s just a pity that there is the diacetyl.

Frischer Hefeantrunk. 13/8/11/9//9

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of diacethyl and dusty hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of diacethyl, minerals, and straw, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks fiulijn for sharing.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a hazy yellow with a dense and lacing white head. Sweet flowery nose but also quite some diacetyl. Medium body, very sweet malts and pollen again with quite some buttery notes. Hardly any bitterness. 080411
