(swing top bottle, 75cl) Hazy, amber colour with a medium-sized off-white foamy head. Mildly toast-malty, slightly bready and nutty aroma with subtle fruity notes of dried fruits. Moderately sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a pleasantly smooth carbonation. Nutty and mildly toasted malty taste with caramel and present notes of dried fruits; lasting caramelly and slightly toasty finish. A well-done Doppelbock. 21.VIII.13

Bügelverschlußflasche: Clear, deep golden, bigger stable and lacy white head, moderate bisquity-malty nose with a shy hoppy background; moderate - as well - sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied and soft; slightly lingering bisquity-malty finish with a tinge of honey and balancing hoppy traces in the aftertaste. An easy-going Doppelbock…

75 cl bottle @ Timo A, BBE 27.02.2014
Rather malty aroma with some bready, roasted notes and hints of grass. Flavour has grassy hops, malty notes and hints of bread. A doppelbock with more hops and less malty notes than usually.
