Gusher alert!
Cloudy dark beige to amber beer, big off-white head, keeps on slow gushing out of the half empty bottle. Aroma: very malty, somewhat grassy, spicy touch, bit of citrus. MF: lots of carbon, medium body. Taste: malty start, some caramel, grains, pretty bitter, hoppy, some citrus. Aftertaste: hoppy, grains, malty, sourish touch, bit sweet.

Bottom-fermented specialty beer, not far removed from a German Kellerbier. Stable, thin, off-white head, lightly hazy golden blonde colour. Pale malts and minerals in the nose, grainy, green apple, young cheese. Neutral and mineral-like onset like any ordinary pale lager, malt sweetness, aromatic hops in the finish. Redundant, they’d better stick with their spiced ales.
