Bottle at the cafe in the guy's house in Hunawihr. Appearance - deep brown. Nice head. Nose - dark malt going into molasses. Taste - more bready notes and molasses. Palate - medium bodied and tangy. Rich and sweet finish. Overall - good.

Dunkel rötlichbraunes Bier mit ordentlicher beiger Schaumkrone. Geruch nach reifen Früchten, Karamell, Beeren. Geschmack röstmalzig, Karamell, süß, Kaffee.
