Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Nose is yeasty and lightly citrusy. Light body, an initial sweetness, yeasty and phenollic with subtle citrus. More Belgian than American. 231215

Review according to BJCP2008 guidelines (style 10A). Bottle 50 cl, batch L01-014. AROMA: moderate DMS aroma with medium-low sulphury notes (maybe from stressed yeast), mixed with moderate to very low floral hop aroma. low malty background. APPEARANCE: very light straw color, small white head with medium-low retention. clear. TASTE: low citrusy hop flavour with low background malt character. low bitterness. PALATE: very thin body with low carbonation. watery, uninteresting finish. OVERALL: a thin-bodied watery american pale ale, with low aromas (with aromas considered to be a flaw) and almost no bitterness. needs improvement across the board.
