Sie werden es selbst genießen können: Das Alt-Bamberg Pils strahlt strohgelb im Glas. Es ist ein schlankes hopfenaromatisches Bier, gebraut mit feinstem Braumalz „Typ Pilsener“ aus fränkischer Gerste. Durch das spezielle Brauverfahren der Kalthopfung und die Kombination der hochwertigen Aromahopfensorten Tettnanger und Spalter Select, entsteht ein angenehmes, an Citrusfrüchte erinnerndes Aroma. Der malzaromatische Geschmack tritt beim Alt-Bamberg Pils zugunsten der Vielfalt der Aromastoffe des Hopfens dezent in den Hintergrund.

50 cl bottle. Straight from the bottle.I was quite surprised with this one from Alt Bamber since the last ones -Zwickl and Urstoff were quite disappointing.The taste is something special resembling Gorgonzola cheese. ( The only downside - the intestinal flora is having a huge party ).

Verhältnismäßig langweiliges Pils, kaum Aroma in Nase und Trunk, leicht süß, mit gutem Willen etwas Hopfen, wässrig.

Bottled 500ml. -from Kaufland Bamberg. Pale golden coloured, medium sized airy white head, grassy nose. Sweetish malty, grassy, light grainy and herbal hoppy with rather short bitter finish.

Bottle. Pale green-golden, low carbonation, low lace. Nice flowery hop aroma. Medium light body, somewhat undercarbonated for a Pils. Fry cracker-malt base, very nice flowery and citric hop finish with a light grassy aftertaste. My favourite Alt-B. so far.

Bottle looks very simple. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, fine malty, quite sweet, modest spicy. Light fruity hints of peaches. Finish well balanced, still very mild. Okay.

Pours a golden color. Malty grassy hopbitter flavor. A good balance between hops and malt saves this beer.

Strohgelbes Bier mit geringer aber feinen Schaumkrone. Geruch hopfig fruchtig, etwas Citrus. Geschmack hopfig malzig, Citrus, grasig, sehr gelungen!
