Bottle at Thorbrau, Augsburg, 06/02/15. Clear amber with a decent light beige head that retains well. Nose is caramel, biscuit, light hop presence. Taste comprises biscuit malt, toffee, light nutty tone, earthy hop dusting. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok easy drinker but not much depth and rather simplistic.

Bottle: Hazy, chestnut-amber coloured with a big rocky off-white head; an illusion of x-mas spices in the sweet fruity-caramelly nose; moderate sweet flavour with a slight bitterness, nearly medium bodied; more bitter in the fruity-caramelly finish. Too sweet, so that means very suitable for the visitors of infantile Western Shows…

330ml bottle. Clear, dark amber colour with average, frothy, diminishing, off-white head. Grassy, hoppy aroma, minimally herbal, slightly citrusy, hints of mandarine, orange zest, very cautious caramel malty basis with a nuttily touch. Taste is fruity hoppy, notes of mandarine and orange, orange zest, sweet caramel malty basis; too lively, prickling carbonation.

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, light-brown colour with a mid-sized and slightly tanned foamy head. Sweetish and slightly generic herbal lemonade aroma with notes of citrus and toasty malt and caramel in the background. Moderately sweet flavour, light bodied despite its abv of 5.3%, rather tame carbonation. Delicately toasted malty taste with lemonade character and traces of citrus; slim, almost empty slightly sweet malty and delicately tart finish. Horrible. 07.IX.14
