Schöne, sehr trübe Farbe. Gekochte und frische Früchte (hier insbesondere roter und grüner Apfel). Getreide und die Hefe spielen geschmacklich auch mit rein. Sämige Konsistenz. Lecker, süffig. Ein gelungenes Weißbier.

500ml bottle. Hazy, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, firm, frothy, moderately to mostly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally bready, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity aroma, notes of banana, dried banana, mild hints of clove. Taste is minimally dry, minimally tart-ish, slightly sweet-ish, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity, hints of banana, dried banana, a touch of pear and honey. Slightly creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Not unusual, but flawless, harmonious and with some subtleties - slightly above average.

€-Fläschle: Deep golden, lazy carbonation, hazy to cloudy, small creamy off-white foam, sweet fruity (peachy...)-wheaty nose with a yeasty acidity underneath; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, medium bodied, soft and sticky; molecular tartness in the sweet-fruity and w heaty finish. A bit on the sweet side, but all in all quite pleasant...

Trübes orangegelbes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, reife Banane. Geschmack säuerlich fruchtig, Banane, Mirabelle.

Cloudy golden with a good head. Spicy banana aroma. Noticeable clove flavours with refreshing fruit. Refreshing and well- made.

Hazy blond color; generous head, compact and persistent. Nice aroma, lightly grassy, with light spices and malt. Soft mouthfeel, even a bit sweet indeed, with light but balanced flavor: wheat, spices, banana. Low bitterness. Pleasant.

bottle, bought at the brewery. Cloudy pale yellow colour with a large white head. Aroma of banana and yeast. Light-bodied, slightly wheaty and yeasty with a touch of fruit (banana mainly). Light with shy flavours, but still pleasant.
