Hell würziger, leicht säuerlicher Antrunk. Im Mittelteil ist die Säuerlichkeit verschwunden, obergärig hefig, leider wässrig. Mild getreidiger Nachgeschmack. Noch ok. 11/9/9/8//9

Draught at the brauhaus in Durlach
Muddy orange-blond color; generous creamy head. It has a nice aroma, with biscuity malt, but the wheat prevails, with banana aromas too. Dry mouthfeel in the beginning; correct body structure; again, it tastes like a Weisse, with just a little extra given by the rye; there is a light fruity touch (banana) and the usual spices. It is just more bitter than a common Weizen. Quite good.
