Bitterfelder Bock, naturtrüb, 75-cl-Flasche vom Hotel Gröbern am See. (25.5.2021.)

Dunkler, etwas blechern malziger Start. Okay. 8/10/9/9//10

Vielen Dank an Erzengel!! Geschmack sehr karamellig, Vanille, reife Früchte, gering alkoholich, gut trinkbar!

75cl swing-top bottle from Edeka in Halle/Saale. Malty intense nose. The beer starts fresh and smooth. Lots of malt and caramel, but still highly drinkable. Very nice and smooth. Fresh and malty body, caramel, hints of roast. Very nice balanced and dark and deep. Moderate bitterness in the end, Caramel but not too sweet, round malt, nice balanced!

Thanks to kappldav123 for the bottle in a great old school design. A dark amber in the glass, a mighty head for a Bock. Starts soft malty, pleasant sweetness, a little bit coffee and fruit. Later more roasted malt. No heavy Bock, very drinkable. A good Bock!

0.75l swing-top bottle with courtesy of kappldav123. Brown colour, creamy small off-white head. Caramel, dried fruits and some nice hops - a well balanced example of the style, the alcohol is well hidden so the beer is dangerously drinkable.

75cl bottles, looks really good. Beer in the glass dark brown, nice head. Starts strong-malty, not too roasty, fine dry notes. Some earthy hints. Modest fruity like raisins. Finish well balanced. Quite drinkable for a bock.
