0.5 l bottle from the brewpub, 5.1% abv, best of November 2025. Slightly hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly fruity-floral aroma of grains, straw, some lemon peel and hints of popcorn. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly fruity-floral taste of grains, straw, dough and light lemon peel, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent brew.

Trübes strohgelbes Bier mit einer geringen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch schwach malzig. .grasig..leicht süß. .so ist auch der Geschmack. .einfaches Bier ohne große Stärken.

Mild herber, muffig hopfiger Beginn mit wässrigen Getreidenoten. So bleibt das Bier, die Muffigkeit verschwindet aber immerhin. Herber im Abgang, geringfügig bitter. Schlechter Beginn, passables Finish. 9/6/8/9//8

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy blond color; creamy head. It’s a good Kellerbier, balanced, with a good bitterness level, and a lightly perfumy aroma, with some good hop; but without the crispy malt or the aromatic hop that would make it really good.
