Black Magic Woman is a Stout.
Black Magic Woman is our interpretation of a unique stout with peat-smoked malt. This is a real “man’s beer”, with a lot of everything. It is brewed with roasted barley malts, birch-smoked malt, peat-smoked malt, caramel malts and ale malt. It is well-hopped in order to balance the hearty malt profile. Black Magic Woman is an excellent accompaniment to desserts, dark chocolate, strong cheeses. It is also allowed to drink it on its own, while relaxing in a good armchair watching a football match.

Tasted from the tap at the Barcelona Beer festival (13/03/2015). Pours black colour with a medium foamy and creamy beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, red fruits, vainilla and chocolate. Taste is medium sweet with presence of licorice and chocolate. Aftertaste is great. Well balanced beer. Next one please!

Bottle. Pours black, with an enormous creamy mocha head. Aroma is sweet, smoky malts, with coffee, cocoa and wooden barrels, as well as vanilla and tobacco. Full, creamy body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is sweet roasted malts, with muscovado, lactose and coffee, as well as a fruity bitterness from dark chocolate, tobacco and wood.

Piwo o sredniej piance, brazowej, jakby dwufazowej, srednio trwalej, ale niestety nie oblepia szkla. Gesta czarna oleista ciecz. Zapach kawy zbozowej oraz palonych slodow. W smaku lukrecja, wedzone posmaki oraz kawa z dodatkiem mleka. Sliwka w czekoladzie i nieco miodu pitnego. Wytrawny finisz z lekka slodycza na ustach. Dobre

On tap at Henriks øl og Vinstove, Bergen 18.09.2014. Black with a medium lighttbrpown head. Aroma of smoke and sweet chocolate. Medium sweet, light bitter with a great smoke with some sence of cocolate at the end. Fantastic!

On tap at Craft Beer Co, Covent Garden on 2nd August 2014. Virtually black with pale brown diminishing foam to a ring, and scattered lacing streaks. Rich roasty and smoky aroma with notes of Christmas pudding and logfire smoke. Exquisite smoky malty blend in-mouth with woodsmoke, spices, rich Christmas pudding and coalfire. Finish is intensely roasty with continued smokiness, sweet winter berries, delicate savoury notes and citric tang. A true orgasm of flavour. Solid body and smooth yet engaging texture. Did not expect to award this mark- well deserved!
