Trocken getreidiger, mild hefig herber Beginn. Im Mittelteil kommt eine leichte Säure hinzu, mild bleibend, etwas monoton. Okay. 9/8/8/8/9/8

On tap @Mad for Beer (Rome). Dorata, limpida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note di malto, pane, biscotto, leggero erbaceo. In bocca è dolce all'attacco, con lieve chiusura amara. Corpo esile, carbonazione media. Anonima.

Vielen Dank an kevnic2008! Trübe strohgelbe Farbe, schöne große weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch getreidig malzig, kaum hopfig. Geschmack würzig hopfig, leicht grasig, getreidig.

Pours a clear golden color with a longlasting white head. Has a fruity grainy yeasty aroma with grassy hints. Sweetish malty grainy grassy flavor.

Bottle: Pale golden, hazy, quickly collapsing off-white head; aromatic hops and yeast in the sweetish-grainy nose, light bodied and a bit fizzy; dryish bitter-sweet flavour, aromatic hops in the dry bitter-sweet finish. Pleasant and light.....

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a big but collapsing frothy white head. Yeasty pale malty aroma with light notes of citrus and hay-like herbal hops. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light bodied with a lively carbonation. Pale malt-character with citric and grainy spots, accompanied by yeasty and herbal hoppy notes; sweet-bitter, slightly grainy and hoppy finish. Just a nice and uncomplicated brew. 01.VI.10

bottle, bought in Giengen. Hazy golden colour, very rocky and persistent white head; like beaten egg-white. Malty nose. Malty, slightly yeasty with a shy fruity touch. Grassy hops, especially in the lingering hoppy finish.
