125 Jahre höchster Kirchturm der Welt. Das Ulmer Münster hat mit 161,53 m den höchsten Kirchturm der Welt. Zu Ehren des 125-jährigen Jubiläums der Fertigstellung haben wir es uns- als eine der ältesten Brauereien Ulms- nicht nehmen lassen, ein ganz besonderes Pils mit ausgewähltem Tettnanger Hopfen und Hopfen aus dem brauerei-eigenen Hopfengarten einzubrauen. Diese Spezialität ist für alle Bierliebhaber ein besonderer Genuss und streng limitiert.

Bottle at home. #10 of my advendkalender. Golden beer, small/medium head. Aroma is grain, sweet. Taste is the same,hmm average.

Vielen Dank an kevnic2008! Schöne gleichmäßig trübe goldgelbe Farbe, mittelgroße weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch grasig hopfig, dezent bitter. Geschmack angenehm hopfig bitter, grasig, gering Citrusfrüchte, trocken, gut!

Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice small head. Starts mild, malty, modest spicy, light fruity hints of lemon. Mild bitter background. Finish well balanced. Really nice!

Many thanks to kevnic2008 for this bottle! The beer starts nice crisp and bitter. Refreshing and very typical. Nice bitter body with hints of grain. Round and smooth, not too deep, but nice for a solid Pils. Grainy-bitter and highly-drinkable aftertaste. Nice refreshing!

bottle from Bilgro Bietigheim-Bissingen. Hazy pale yellow, large white head. Lovely hop aroma. Light- to medium-bodied, elegant malty base and lots of good, resiny aromatic hops, slightly grassy. Good one!
