Vielen Dank an Erzengel! Klare kupferbraune Farbe, unstabile schnell verschwindende Schaumkrone. Geruch karamellig, künstlich süß, Rüben. Geschmack sehr karamellig, süß, Rübensirup.

This beer is fresh and smooth. Not too sweetish but nice sweetish caramel with not too much sweetness and depth. For a Doppelcaramel nice round and nice. The aftertaste is moderate bitter, caramelly sweet and round. Nice Stuff.

Many thanks for this beer to Erzengel. Hazy dark amber colour with small off-white mostly diminishing head. Aroma and flavor is very sweet with notes of caramel.

Brotig malziger Antrunk, geringe Süße. Diese Süße wird im Mittelteil noch geringer, auch sonst wird das Bier milder und etwas langweilig. Mild karamelliger Abgang. 8/7/6/6/7/6

Thanks to kappldav123 for the 0,33 l bottle in an old school design. Cloudy brown in the glass, light brown short living head. Starts a little bit sweet malty with an metallic touch. Sweet but evenso milky sour. Not my cup of tea.

Bottle, 1.5% at BBF13. Brown sugar and dark bread aroma. Sweet, bready flavour, lots of maltose, has a metallic touch, but not too bad. Good chewy mouthfeel. Very good for the style.

Bottle @ BBF13. Pours murky copper brown with small off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and caramel and caramel and caramel. Very sweet flavour of caramel and caramel. Grainy notes. Sweet aftertaste. A perfect beverage for a party held by teddy bears but a trifle too sweet for me.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, huge head. Starts very mild, modest malty, modest sweet. Dusty-yeasty. Finish still mild and moldy. Boring.
