Deep amber with brownish notes. Creamy tan head. Aroma of bananas and toffee. Nice. Almost more Dunkelweizen than Weizen but nonetheless labelled the latter at the Brauhaus. Mildly sweet up front, moving to mildly bitter at the finish. Pleasant stuff with the only real flaw being the watery texture at the finish. Nice.

18-05-18 // tap at the brewpub as Brauhaus Weizen. Cloudy orange. White head. Clove nose. Creamy banana with lots of spice. Good Weizen.

On tap at the brewpub. Trübes orange goldenes Bier mit einer ordentlichen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch leicht phenolisch, hefig, Obst. Geschmack leicht würzig, Nelke, phenolisch, uninteressant.

Hefiger, leicht bananiger Beginn, süffig. Die Hefigkeit bleibt bestehen, geringe Süße. Süffig, die Aromen nehmen leider schnell ab. Dunkelmalziges Finish. Nett aber nicht wirklich besonders. 11/9/11/9//9

Bootle 1,0L authentic from the brewhaus. bubblegum, banana, citrus, amber, hazy, minimal head, no lacing, vivid, medium sourness, fizzy, like lambic, slick feel, medium body.

Draught at the brauhaus
Cloudy light amber color; creamy head. The aroma is nice, there is some wheat and some banana. The body is lean; the flavor is quite sweet, with some wheat and banana, the spicy side is subdued, and the bitterness is very low. Easy but refreshing Weizen.
