Vielen Dank an Erzengel! Milchig trübe hell gelbe Farbe, wenig weißer Schaum. Geruch sehr zitronig, spritzig säuerlich. Geschmack nach Limonade, wässrig, zitronig, kein Bier, süffig.

The beer starts fresh and smooth. More lemon but also more sweetness than the "normal" Alster. Fresh lemon, smooth beer, not too grainy or sweetish on the body. Round stuff, probably a bit too sweetish.

Fruchtiger erfrischender Antrunk mit zurückhaltender Süße. Etwas hefig im Mittelteil, Limone, dezente Säure, was die Süße noch verringert. Dadurch süffig und nicht plörrig – gut! 8/9/8/8/9/8

Pours hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is citrusy and light grassy.

330ml bottle. Hazy, yellowish pale golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, white head. Lemon aroma with a soapy touch, lemon juice, lemon zest. Taste is moderately tart, some lemon juice, subtle sugary sweetness; teeth-coating acidity. Not as sweet and artificial as the typical shandy - not much beer detectable though.
