Bottle shared at CBJ - big thanks to Dave. Pours black-brown with a bubbly, beige topping. Medium to big sweet flavour, rich stewed dark fruits, bourbon, toffee, apple, a little earth, raisins, cranberries. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with more dark fruits, stewed apples, light cocoa, boozy warmth. Rich, nice depth, quite drinkable.

Bottle at craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks. A dark mahogany brown coloured pour with a halo of tan head. Aroma is boozy, fruit loaf, raisin brown sugar, vanilla, light oak. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, light tangy, tawny port, white raisin, brown. White grape, light boozy. Palate is semi sweet, oily, rounded.

Craft Beer Junction bottle share. Thanks to Wingman for the bottle. Almost opaque dark brown beer, small bubbly tan head. Smooth and slightly viscous palate, good fine minerally carbonation on the back end. Fluffy malts, cream and tangy caramel and toffee, not sweet. Big ripe fruity bourbon, tangy and spicy. Trace of old wood. Some alcohol spice on the finish. Nothing out the ordinary but very crushable.

Taste comprises fruit cake mix, chocolate chips, dates, toffee fudge, booze tunes, bourbon rise.
Full bodied, light oily feel, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost.
Solid sipper.
