Holzig-weiches, leicht süßliches Bier. Die Hefe liegt noch im Hintergrund. Weiche holzige Töne, Vanille mit einem Hauch Bourbon-Whisky. Weich, mit etwas neutral-mildem Körper. Sehr süffig mit weich-holziger Note. Interessant.

Trübes goldenes Bier mit einer geringen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch sehr holzig, trocken, Vanille. Geschmack wässrig, trocken malzig, Vanille, gering bourbon, kaum alkoholisch.

Komplett flacher Antrunk, etwas bitter, rund. Hell würzig, minimale Säuerlichkeit, dezent fruchtig. Gut! 10/11/11/11//11

Tapped(?) @FdBK 2015: Golden, hazy to cloudy, no head to speak of, no carbonation visible; vanilla and wood and lactic acid (sour apples) in the nose plus some hints of sweet smoke; light to moderate sourish-bitter flavour, tart MF, light bodied; lingering woody-smoky finish with aromas of sour apples. Totally unharmonic, yuk...
