07.11.2015, tap @ Apollon:
No head. Aroma is mild sour-ish, weeds, mild vinegar, sour grass, dark berries, caramel malts, minerals, berry skin, oak. Taste is slightly harsh grassy, weeds, sour grass, bark, minerals, alcohol, berry skin, oak, dark berries mild vinegar. Medium bitterness, dry and harsh mouthfeel. Kind of boring, would have been much better just with some carbonation...

Ohhhh shit. I normaly like sour red/brown ale. But this one…. A dark amber-ish color with noe head. Because there was almost no carbonation. Vinegar and fruity aroma. Not that bad. Medium (+) body and no carbonation. Messy sour and acidic. Solid unbalanced fruity, wood and vinegar flavor. Not able to end this one.

Trübes orange braunes Bier mit wenig Schaum. Geruch nach reifen roten Früchten, leicht säuerlich, Karamell. Geschmack säuerlich, schokoladig, rote Beeren, trocken.

Deutlich säuerlicher Geruch, was im Antrunk aber weniger deutlich hervorkommt. Etwas trocken, sehr süffig. Abflachend, holzig, kurz brennend säuerlich im Nachgeschmack. 11/12/12/12//12
