Bottle: The pour is a very dark brown, topped with a thin beige head. Rich notes of chocolate, roast, espresso, and vanilla permeate the air. Smooth… rich. The taste is heavy roast and lightly bittersweet cocoa. Lingering roast in the tail. Creamy texture.

12 oz. bottle purchased at the Beer Store, Nashua. Very dark brown / black with thin lasting head. Aroma is burnt espresso beans, chocolate, roasted nuts. The thing I love most is the creamy mouthfeel and the thicket body for such a low gravity stout!
Full body for a stout under 6 % ABV, real impressive! Chewy oats, solid chocolate malts with a mild bitter coffee finish. This is how an oatmeal stout should taste and feel. Very fine example and I only paid $2.10 for the bottle! I could drink 5 or 6 bottles easily in a session.

12 ounce bottle from Beer Run, 5/24/14. Pours a dark brown color with a large tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of nutty notes, chocolate, roast, oats, mild hoppy finish. The taste is chocolate, roast, dark fruits, roasted malts, mild coffee and a touch of vanilla. Thin-medium bodied, smooth, low carbonation, mild lingering bitterness. Quite a nice beer.

12 oz. bottle, thanks to TheHOFF43. Pours black, with a medium, fizzy, tan head. The aroma is smooth coffee, milk chocolate, light hickory, peat, cinnamon, and syrup. Sticky sweet, with a nice, roasty bitterness. Heavy body, a little clingy, and a little chalky, but generally smooth and relatively clean for a stout. This is a nice, balanced, and very well made stout.

Pour is a black with a large tan head. Aroma is a nice roasty, coffee and chocolate malt. Flavor is again a nice roasted malt with some bitter baker chocolate and a hint of coffee. Leaves a nice dry char on the tongue as this goes down. A very nice example of the style. Very dry with a great roasted malt and oats.

From a 0.355l bottle @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. A deep dark brown one with a small sidesticking and bubbly beige top. Not to roasted on the nose, more fruity with some yeasty hints, leather, some licorice - the sweet kind. Prunes and dried generic fruit. Yeah, smells nice. Smooth as a baby but in the mouth (not that I've tested that or anything), it has great chocolate flavors, more dried dark fruits and a little bit of minerals. Ends kinda mouthdrying with a roasted finish and coffee traces in aftertaste. Nice! 04.05.2013

From a 12 oz bottle poured at home. Pours a deep cola brown with a thick tan head that recedes leaving lots of lacing. Aroma of milk chocolate. Flavors of milk chocolate with some mild licorice notes. Mild bitter finish.

Pours black into a tulip. Mocha head with good retention recedes leaving trailing sheets to coat surface. Dark chocolate and creamy espresso latte aromas. Dry and slightly astringent with chocolate and silky oatmeal upfront turning to espresso in the lasting finish.

Light brown, black. Light head. Nose is slight bitterness very yeasty, with roasted Chocolate undertones. Nice taste. You don’t really taste the abv at all. Roasted chocolate, coffee is faint. Solid mouthfeel. It’s an okay stout
