Heller, etwas trocken hopfiger Beginn. Geringe Süße, leicht erhöhte Karbonisierung. Süffig, weich herb. Okay. 10/9/10/9//9

Hazy golden. Aroma is popcorn herbs slight dark malt. Taste is sweet and sour malt. Some lime. Quite drinkable. Not bad.

BKL2019. Dry hay, juicy malt, light earthy hop aroma. Grey Cloudy golden, big white lacing head. Medium body, mellow chewy, grain, fruity, dry citrus grass and herbs, good balance, quite chuggable.

May ’15. On tap at the brewpub. It poured a clear golden body with medium sized head. Decent honey and alcohol aroma. Sweetish malty flavor, honey, bread, light wood. No hops felt, but pleasant anyway. Medium to full in body. Alcohol was quite felt, although not overwhelming. Moderately long, sweet malty finish with now touch of some paper/earthy hops. A quite nice bock and probably the best of the three brews they had.

On tap at the brewpub. Leicht trübes dunkel goldgelbes Bier mit einer ordentlichen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch scharf getreidig, leicht fruchtig hopfig, viel malz. Geschmack sehr malzig und getreidig, gering hopfig fruchtig, leicht alkoholisch.
