Thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Looks good. Dry malty-moldy aroma. Starts strong, not very malty, sharp alcoholic notes, moldy, different fruity notes of lemon, apricot. Mild sourness. Interesting.

Smooth fruity nose. The beer starts quite sourish with smooth hints. Sourish lemon body with nice Weizen aroma. Fresh and easy to drink but not too deep. Smooth mild aftertaste, citrus with sweetish grain, malty body, interesting combination.

750ml bottle. Clear, golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Floral, yeasty spicy, minimally soapy aroma, hints of rose hip, hibiscus and the like. Taste is moderately sweet malty, slightly fruity and floral, notes of rose hip and sherbet-like, artifical strawberry flavours; later the yeast profile changes to apricot and delivers some surprising funky notes.

Bottle: Pale golden to golden, cloudy, quickly diminishing white foamy layer; citrussy nose with a bready ("rye"!!!) touch; moderate sour-sweetish flavour, medium bodied; citrussy-orangey and yeasty flavours in the tart lingering finish. Unusual, but really refreshing...

Heller, süß säuerlicher Antrunk mit getreidigen Noten. Obergärig, hefig, im Mittelteil harmonischer. Das süß säuerliche Aroma wird besser eingebunden, interessant! 11/9/9/9/10/9

Almost clear golden color with a fine white top. Ok lacing. Fresh tasty aroma. Belgian yeastish, citric and fruity. Fine body with a pleasant mellow sweetness. Mild acidic and a fine bitterness. Balanced and fresh this one. Tasty nice ale. Yeast, citric, some spices and mild fruity flavor. Lovely ale..

33 cl bottle @ PBF Ⅸ, BBE 02.12.2014
Aroma is a bit odd with citrus and feels sour. Flavour is tart with lactic tones, citrus and fruit juice. Looks and tastes like orange juice. Unusual but refreshing.

Bottled@PBF IX. Hazy golden colour, white mediumsized head. Aroma is wheat, some acidic notes as well as some slight spices and a bit sour. Flavour is sourness, some wood and mild toffee. Probably not meant to be this tart.
