Many thanks to kevnic2008 for sharing. Fresh but lemon-like nose. Hits of yeast. Nice and fresh smooth beginning. More clove than banana, but round and smooth. The lemon from the nose is not in the taste, the beer is fresh but no sourish hints. Easy to drink with yeasty fruity clove. No bitterness, fresh and easy to drink aftertaste. Nice, smooth and round.

As Vogelbräu Weizen-Doppelbock. Bierbörse Karlsruhe 2013. Golden color. Tastes of wheat and sweet malt with a nice hint on the finish. Good.

2010-09-14, draught at the brauhaus in Ettlingen, 6-3-7-3-13=32
Muddy blond color. The aroma is clearly spicy, apparently more than in Durlach. Quite strong body, sweetish malt, light banana fruitness. Correct bitterness.

2010-09-01, daught at the brauhaus in Kapellenstraße, 7-3-8-3-16=37
Muddy blond color; creamy head. Classic wheat and banana aroma, sweetish. Strong body, malty flavor, quite sweet, with some pleasant wheat, light spices, good banana touch. The final is a bit yeasty. Excellent.
