Reifer Beginn von grünen Äpfeln. Feine Säure, wenig trocken. Ausgewogen, natürlich, wenig herb. Steigende Fruchtigkeit, aromatisch, die Säure wird einen Ticken stärker. Spritzg, langer aromatischer Nachhall. Gut, wie mehr oder weniger alle Produkte des Produzenten. 9/11/12/12/10/12

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Klare kräftig goldene Farbe, kein Schaum. Geruch nach reifen süßen Äpfeln, sehr aromatisch. Der Geschmack ist mild fruchtig, reife Äpfel, wenig Säure, Holz, interessant!

The cider starts fruity with sourness and depth. Nice complex with tart elements, nice sourish parts and fruity appley aroma. The aftertaste is long, sourish dry, nice cider apples here, fruity and still easy to drink. Nice stuff!
