Bottle shared with JMD at HNB 12.01.18. Ebony. Almost no head. Superb aroma of dark chocolate, vanilla, chocolate sauce, milk and coconut. Similar taste, well balanced with bitterness. Creamy mouthfeel. Not much noticeable difference from the ordinary Mikkeller George.

Bottle shared at Bodney Road, 23/10/2017. Huge thanks to Daniel for this one. A thick oily black coloured pour with no head. Aroma is black malts, liquorice, blackened sugars, banana, boozy wood, light sherry. Palate is thick oily, chewy, velvety carboantion. Really chewy. Flavour is composed of thick chewy black malts, Liquorice, tangy black berries, black forest. Lingering bitter black ashy malts. Harsh finish.

Bottle. Dark brown, almost without foam. Aroma: malt, barrel, burnt, crust pie, port wine, cider and calvados. Taste: barrel, calvados, very warming, wine, dried fruits, chocolate, prunes, spirits.

330 ml bottle. Pours black with light head, aromas of dark fruit, slick roasted malts, dark sugar, and vanilla. Flavors of sweet not alchoholic calvados, rich nutty chocolate, coconut, and smooth roasted malts. 15% really - no clue

0,33l bottle at home bought from Yeme, Bratislava. BB 30.10.2023. black color, very very small head. smells earthy, bitter chocolate, light booze, wood, light coconut, licorice, light sherry. very nice smell. full body, light carbonation, oily mouthfeel. tastes sweet, licorice, bit earthy, lightly boozy, some oxidation, light dried fruits, some sherry, some bitter chocolate, some wood, light coconut. finishes lightly sweet with notes of wood, sherry and some bitter chocolate notes. maybe not the freshest one anymore, but still very nice, just a tad boozy, very good to drink overall.

33cl bottle. Pitch black pour with a medium height espresso head. The aroma is dominated by brandy, with additional notes of chocolate, coffee and molasses. The taste follows the same notes, but much more balanced, with milk chocolate, freshly brewed coffee, molasses, a bit of maple syrup, subtle dark cherry bitterness, cocoa, pralines, vanilla, maybe even some cinnamon, and apple brandy. Full bodied, thick and velvety, with a low carbonation and a bitter-sweet and lightly spicy finish.
