Taster @ the Brewery. with the BBB. Clear dark golden with a white head. Malty biscuit aroma with some spiciness, mainly white pepper. Some subdued farmhouse is present as well but not overly so. Medium bitter taste and a pleasant dry finish. Solid saison.

Explosive build-up of lightly yellowish thick head, finally giving way to well-carbonated, clear copper beer. Herbal, weed-like aroma, dry (root)spices. Again spicy, but also bready taste. Clear wheat acidity (remarkable, seen their very un-wheatlike Weizen). Bit of caramel with a faint suggestion at maltsweetness, and some bittering hops. Very slick, but not more than medium bodied; very lively carbonation. Quite decent, very acceptable interpretation.

Bottle @ home. Clear orange golden color, huge soapy fluffy white head that lasts for a long time. Smell and taste malts, wheat, yeast, lightly herbal / spices, lightly bitter. Decent body and carbonation.

Bottle @ home. Yellow to amber colour, huge head. Smells yeasty, iron, malts. Tastes iron, rusty, malts, yeast, dough herbs. Thin to medium body, soft to medium carbo.

Bottle courtesy of Deanso. Poured hazy straw colour with a massive white head. The aroma is citrus, grainy, mineral, hop bitter. The flavour is strong bitter with a yeast, citrus, big hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Smells like a saison, but the hop bucket really fell into this brew.

33cl bottle from ABCBeers at the get Kermis to 8k. Thick creamy white head. very hazy blond pour. Peppery aroma. A decent saison

Bottle at get kermis to 8k and me to 2k, thanks to deanso. Clear golden with huge fluffy off white head. Spicy yeast, light white pepper, bitter herbs, fresh oak leaves, green nuts, light sweet malts and grain sugars. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation.

Bottle shared thanks to Deanso at the Get Kermis to 8k tasting. Pours hazy dark golden with a big Dean pour bubbly off white head. Aroma of peppery saison yeast, light plastercine, a little fruit, veggies and malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter.m light medium bodied with soft carbonation.
