Das Rosenbier entstand aus der Liebe meiner Frau zu Rosen. Auf der Suche nach dem perfekten „Kleinod“ lag es nahe daher anlässlich unseres Hochzeitstages ein Rosenbier zu kreieren. Ein aufwendig gewonnenes, 100% reines ätherisches Rosenöl das aus der eigens gezüchteten, Damaszener Rose gewonnen wird, entwickelt mit dem der Rose sehr nahestehenden Lupulin des Hopfens eine besondere Symbiose. Das Ergebnis ist ein betörendes, rosenaromatisches Bier das zusammen mit dem hochwertigen Celeia Aromahopfen ein echter Genuss ist.

Leicht eingetrübte goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, floral hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, floral hopfig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Bottle from Wien-Hütteldorf. Golden with a mid sized white head, floral nose. Elegant malty base supporting the floral accents and a shy hoppy finish.

From tap. Pours cloudy to clear golden orange with a huge white head. Aroma is fruity, herbal and light spiced. Bitter, floral and fruity. Bitter and lasting mild floral. Dry and bitter far finish.

Tap at Craft Bier Fest Wien. Actually quite good and interesting. Slightly overcarbonated IMO, but it has a clean rose flavour and aroma of moderate intensity. Works well, balanced.

Amber, moderate hazy body, with a small, creamy, off-white head.
Aroma of flowers, sweet berries, citrus, caramel, some fruit tea notes.
Taste follows this, with some more grassy and bready notes.
Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes medium bitter, floral, grassy, fruity, a bit malty.
Very nice. The floral aromas work really well with the sweet and fruity notes. Refreshing and aromatic, reminds me of a Pale Ale. Enjoyed this more than expected.

white medium head. hazy orange color. apparent carbonation. rose note is very apparent, almost overwhelming. subtle malt notes. bubbly, medium body. rose taste is dominating, subtle bitterness on the finish.
