On tap at 1516, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has a citrusy, floral hop character, and soft bready malt. Flavour has an invigorating hop expression—floral, citrusy and tropical fruits—with a soft bready malt underbelly. Clean and well-brewed. Solid.

Draught at the brewpub, medium stable creamy head, hazy pale orange color, aromas of nactarine, perfume and a hint of lemon, flavor of peach and nactarine, medium sweetness, light to medium bitterness. Really nice and enjoyable.

Tap at the brewpub. Quite clean kolsch, lightly fruity which is alright. More on the sweetish side, but only slightly. Overall a balanced and drinkable beer.

Oct. ’14. On tap at the brewpub. It poured lightly hazy deep yellow body with smaller head. Very light herbal and lemon aroma along with vague malt note. Flavor was very lightly sweet, pleasant and elegant malt was dominating here, mostly bread, vanilla, along with some citrus hops for balance. Medium bodied and creamy on palate with corresponding finish, both biscuit and lemon were present, but bitterness prevailed again. A fine Kölsch.

Draught at the brewpub. Nice, pale yellow, hazy body, with a big, creamy, white head, that leaves a thick lacing. Fresh aroma of yeast, citrus, orange, lemongrass, grass, grains, spices, bread. Taste follows this. Mouthfeel is medium, slick, with a moderate carbonation and it finishes citric, spicy and grainy. Tasty! Very refreshing and pleasantly hoppy. As the name says it, a hybrid of a Kölsch and a Pale Ale and it even has slight notes of a Wit. Enjoyable!
