Bottle. Hazy dark amber color with off-white head. Aroma is grainy, bready, herbal, a bit ethanoly. Taste is bready, caramel, estery. Chewy mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Alright.

Bottle, courtesy of Koelschtrinker. Pours clear amber. Aroma is caramel and toasted malts, soap, marzipan. Body is medium, pleasantly sweet and lively carbonated, with a decent caramel flavour and texture, a bit sticky, bit it fits. Coke-like. Not bad.

Bügelverschlußflasche:Deep golden, lively carbonation, stable mid-sized off-white head; traces of vegetables and metal in the dryish grainy-toasty nose; dry bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied and a bit tart; lingering - but pretty thin - bitter-toasty finish. Not very good…

(swing top bottle) Clear, amber colour with a big but loose and slightly tanned foamy head. Slightly bready and doughy caramel-malty aroma with delicately notes of beet sugar and a tinge of herbal hops in the background. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Delicately bready and doughy malty taste with hints of caramel and shades of cardboard; a bit slim and delicately bitter hoppy finish with a tinge of cara-malt. Rather mediocre. 08.V.14
