Klare goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, leicht getreidiger, leicht hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, getreidig, leicht hopfig, leicht fruchtig. Hohe Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit , mittlerer Körper mit sanfter Kohlensäure.

Heller Bock mit 17,2 % Stammwürze und 7, 3 % Alk. Würde ich in die Kategorie der Maiböcke einordnen. Sehr helle, nicht ganz glasklare Farbe. Fruchtig (Birne, Quitte, etwas Apfel, ein Hauch Zitrone und Grapefruit), hopfig, etwas Getreide. Nicht zu intensiv. Den Alkoholgehalt merkt man nicht zu stark. Ein anständiger und vor allem sehr süffiger Maibock, allerdings ohne ganz großen Tiefgang.

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Strawy, grainy, husky aroma, starchy hints of wallpaper paste, a touch of alcohol.Taste is sweet-ish, starchy pale malty, diluted hints of honey, minimally grassy-metallic hoppy overtones, a touch of alcohol.

*Bottle from BrauseSyndikat, Bielefeld. Sweetish malty, with grainy hints. The beer has sweetish caramel, lots of grain with a mild bitterness that could be a bit more intense. Nice but not too deep.

Hell herb malziger Beginn, süßlicher Alkohol. Die Herbe wandert in den Hintergrund, die alkoholische Süße bleibt deutlich erkennbar. Nett, wenn auch etwas trocken. 10/10/9/8/8/7/8

Klare hell goldgelbe Farbe, mittelgroße weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr malzig, helle Früchte, viel Getreide. Geschmack süß malzig, getreidig, leicht hopfig, uninteressant.
