Cask at Charlies Bar, Copenhagen. Dry, fruthy, crisp and refreshing. Rakes out the best in the mosaic hops with strawberries and melon paired Witherspoon the best in british pale ale: minerals, flowers, hat och à small gradsystem bitterness. Really nice

Bottle, thanks Davido. Very British, nice hoppiness but with real ale kind of yeastiness, lightly sweet malt. Alright.

Tap at the Hong Kong Island Tap Room. Poured a hazy golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is malt, grassy, grapefruit citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet, with a light crisp, fruity, light tart, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
