Jack Brand - Mosaic Pale Ale
Brewed with Pale Ale malt, some Lager malt and a touch of light Cara. With big, fruity flavours and a mosaic of aromas, this is a delicious, fruity, one-hop-wonder. This single hop beer is made with Mosaic hops at each of the four stages of the brewing process. This imparts bold hop characteristics, including peach, mango, lemon and pine flavours and aromas.

Tap at the Waterloo Tap. Pours translucent gold with white bubbles. Aroma is mixed tropical but mango stands out. Medium body. Dry. Bitter. Harshish- would like to try a cask version. Dry. Bitter. In the USA this would be super sessionable. In the UK cask works much better. Good stuff tho.

Can sample at a tasting at Oren's place. Clear golden. Lots of diacetyl, caramel, skunky hops, dusty, minerals, sweet, bitterish finish, medium-bodied.

Can: Poured a burnt orange with creamy off white head. Aroma is a bouquet of mosaic hops. Taste is more mosaic and damn good.

Lane @Greenwich Tavern. Poprawna, sesyjna APA, z mało intensywnym aromatem białych owoców (winogrono). Fajna w odbiorze, ale niczym nie urzekająca. Na zaspokojenie pragnienia.

Bottle. Pours clear deep gold. Moderate white well-lacing head. The nose is dank, tropical fruit, slight biscuit malts. Light-bodied with average carbonation. Hoppy flavour. Fairly fruity. Tropical and citrusy. Supporting malts. Light bitterness. Very smooth and drinkable.

11-09-17 // on tap at London Stansted Airport Restaurant. Clear golden. Liight bodied, pale lager but with a nice mild fruity hop Twist. Okay as a thirst-quencher. --- Beer aliased from original tick of Jack Brand - Mosaic Pale Ale on 11 Sep 2017 at 19:09 - Score: 6. Original review text: Durstlöscher// Bye London

Cask at the Lord Nelson, Ipswich. Pours clear bright dark gold with a fresh bubbly white head. Aroma of hop, fruit, flowers, grass and hay. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Light to moderate body, slight watery texture, average to soft carbonation. Served at its best.

Cask at the Bleeding Heart. A very nice pale ale with a fresh and fruity hoppy flavour backed up by a rather nice mouthfeel. It was lovely and refreshing and went very nicely with the roast pork.
