Surplombée d'une mousse riche et dense, cette bière, inspirée des keller pils, propose un nez richement malté et herbacé. Sa bouche, vive et croustillante, s'étire dans une amertume dirable qui en fait un ragraîchissement de choix.

A cloudy gold with a foamy head. This pils has a soft fruit and crackery malt aroma. A crisp light body, dry finish and a wheaty spice, herbacious hops and clean taste. As the label says a reckless beer. Turns out my great grandfather was a draveur de pitoune (logs on rivers) so that’s pretty cool.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Cloudy blond color. Wheaty and crackery malts aroma; some hay flavor; strong bitterness, a bit grassy, but also traces of vegetables. A bit mellow for a Pilsner.
Decent one.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lovely grassy hops upfront, with a light herbal quality, and floral quality. Flavour is along the same lines, with grassy notes dominating. Fairly one-dimensional but that one dimension is very nice. Lots of bite on the finish. Very nice pils.
