Fischer Landbräu Das Bockbier, Flasche von den Getränkerittern. - Kupfergold, blank. - In der Nase bocktypisch sattes toastig-karamelliges Malz, sirupartige Süße, Waldhonig und feine fränkisch-herbale Hopfung mit leisen mediterranen Noten. - Antrunk satt und etwas fett karamellig-toastmalzig mit sirupartigen Zügen, die aber durch kernige, fast derbe krautige Bittere in Schach gehalten werden. Leise hopfenwürzig und orangenherb. Anklänge an Nuß und Honig. Milder rezent, vollmundig, sauber kaschierter Alkohol, etwas hart im Mund. Im Abgang schön malzbitter und hintergründig fränkisch hopfenbitter. - Solider roter Bock, dessen Hopfung allerdings leicht derbe Züge aufweist, auch etwas hart. (2.12.2022.)

50cl bottle. Pours clear amber colour with a huge most good lasting white head. Aroma of toasted malt, caramel. Taste of toasted malt, sweet malt, caramel, sharp grains.

Bottle: Deep golden coloured, quite stable, almost creamy and lacing white head; delicate sweet-malty and distinctive hoppy nose; solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium-bodied; sweet honey and a tinge of alcohol in the finish. A well rounded, dangerous Bock...........

(bottle) Clear, deep golden colour with a persistent foamy white head of medium size. Delicately, moderately toasty malt aroma with light notes of caramel and shy herbal hops in the background. Sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a soft and pleasant carbonation. Robust malty base, moderately toasty with light notes of caramel. Mildly sweet, slightly bitter finish with a warming alcohol and light notes of herbal hops. Quaffable, rounded Bock.
