Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con carbonazione abbondante. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è ambrato rossiccio carico tendente marrone. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di caramello, miele, frutta secca, pane tostato e agrumi.

Dunkler, leicht karamelliger Beginn bei milder Röstigkeit und ansteigender Herbe von geringem Niveau aus. Leicht vergoren fruchtig, keine Bitterkeit, süffig. Fein würzig, mittellanger Abgang, in dem die Herbe etwas präsenter ist, Dörrobst. Gut. 9/10/11/11/12/11

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Pours hazy dark amber colour with a small good lasting beige head. Aroma of dark riped fruits, red malt, caramel, spices. Taste of mild roasted malt, caramel, sweet malt, red fruits, mild hops.

Malty sweetish nose. The beer starts fresh with brown sugar. Malty body with a nice fresh bitterness. Easy to drink with hints of chocolate and caramel in the back, smooth but a bit watery in total. Nice stuff.
