Unser Saft vom Fas wird aus dem Süssmost später Apfelsorten vergoren. Dabei spielen die Sorten Bohnapfel, Boskoop, Schneiderapfel die Hauptrollen, aber auch viele andere Sorten tragen zum einzigartigen Geschmack bei. Auf die Gärung folgt der Säureabbau und danach der Abzug und die Lagerung in unseren Eichenholzfässern. Natürlich naturtrüb und vegan.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Pours slightly hazy golden colour with a small head. Aroma of mild fresh apples, mild sourness. taste of apple juice, mild sourness, easy drinkable.

Nice sourish-fresh beginning. Easy to drink with a nice sourish fruity apple flavour. Very nice and natural. The sourness is round and intense, fresh green apples with a bit of wine in the background. Fresh sourish aftertaste. Nice and round cider! Great!
