Trockener, wässrig apfeliger Antrunk. Wenig bitter, die Apfelnoten bleiben trocken, monoton. Grüner Apfel im Mittelteil, kaum Nachgeschmack. 7/7/8/7/9/7

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Pours clear pale golden colour. Aroma of medium sweet and ripe tart apples. Taste is the same, okay!

Bottle sample thanks to Erzengel, many thanks! Pours clear pale yellow, still. Aroma is very light sweet apple fruit, light citrus. Taste is quite mellow with soft apple fruits, sour hints and a mildly coarse tannic influence on the finish. Nice, inoffensive cider. My first made by monks I believe!

Bottle from the monastery. The cider starts dry and fruity. Easy to drink, not too much tannins. Smooth fresh apples, fruity with a nice sulforic-sourness. Long apple-sulfor aftertaste, not too much depth, not too much sourness. Very dry but not too complex. Easy sessionable stuff.
