Our house DIPA, hopped extensively with one of our all-time favorite and earliest hop combinations: Simcoe and Mosaic. The familial connection between these two varietals, while inherently interesting, seems to offer something more than the sum of the parts, especially in the context of our characterful yet cohesive house ale yeast.
A classic offering from us, we find notes of ripe orange marmalade, grapefruit zest, lightly floral mango tones with that classic, complimentary fresh-cut danker pine finish.

Draft pour at Dominion Wine & Beer. Poured a deep, slightly dark yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was big pulpy juice, huge floral notes. Flavor was juicy with a pleasant bitterness. Really pleasant stuff.

Sweet nectarine perhaps? But that's just wordplay. Mango, and some green onion. Not bad, and good initial fruity vibes but not super rich in flavour profile, and body is a little lacking. Murky orange pour with good head and lacing. Green onion. Some caramel and booze in the finish. Tap at Churchkey.
