Our house DIPA, hopped extensively with one of our all-time favorite and earliest hop combinations: Simcoe and Mosaic. The familial connection between these two varietals, while inherently interesting, seems to offer something more than the sum of the parts, especially in the context of our characterful yet cohesive house ale yeast.
A classic offering from us, we find notes of ripe orange marmalade, grapefruit zest, lightly floral mango tones with that classic, complimentary fresh-cut danker pine finish.

Pale gold, hazy beer with little head. Dry, herbal hops, faintly fruity and resiny. Very dry, straw-like flavour. Extremely hoppy, yet restrained bitterness. Muscat grape flavour. Very good balance. Medium bodied, quite hopoil-slick. Very good DIPA. Many thanks to Chuck C!

Trübes goldenes Bier mit einer geringen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch sehr hopfig, grasig, trocken, tropische Früchte. Geschmack sehr hopfig, fruchtig, frisch, exotische Früchte.

12oz pour at the brewery is a very hazy orange gold with some ringing, white head. Nose is very nice, juicy with tangerine and oranges, mango and guava too, some fruit sweetness, a little orange blossom. Flavor follows with big tangerine and orange notes, a little apricot too, flower pollen. Finishes a little creamy, a little sweet with some citrus bitterness. This is very nice.
