Alkoholisch bananiger Antrunk. Geringe Herbe, deutlich hefig, wenig malzig. 10/8/9/8/7/8

33cl swing top bottle. Pours hazy orange golden colour with a huge good lasting off-white head. Aroma of ripe banana, wheat malt and clove. Taste of strong wheat malt, riped medium sweet banana and clove, nice!

(swing top bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, amber colour with a beige and firm foamy head. Yeasty, wheaty and mildly cara-malty aroma with notes of bubblegum, banana and candied fruits, also a slightly sugary vinous and phenolic spicy touch. Moderately sweet and delicately bitter flavour, surprisingly light bodied, medium bodied at best with a modest carbonation. Present wheat character, bubblegum and loads of banana, some floral hops in the background; almost a bit slim wheaty, yeasty and fruity finish with a restrained hop bitterness at the very end. A tad slim and not overly exciting. 08.XII.15

Langhalsbügelverschlußflasche: Deep golden with a chestnutty sheen, cloudy, slowly collapsing loose off-white head; bananas, dried berries, wheat and yeast in the nose, some subdued herbal to floral hops in the background; quite solid sweet-bitter flavour, a slight acidity underneath; full bodied, not really soft; oranges and other fruits in the quite robust yeasty-wheaty finish, still accompanied by some traces of yeast. Good, still not too exciting…
