At Jim/John is back tasting. Dark brown with off white head. Sour roasted grains. Probably infected. Distand coffee and chocolate but it’s really digging behind the vinegar. Quite sour, minerallike and light bitter. Under medium body. Low carbonation.

Bottle from Connolys Wines, Solihull. Poured a clear medium brown with a thin broken off white head. The aroma is medicinal sour. The flavour is infected sour. There isn’t much more to say. It’s off.

Bottle shared at the John/Jim tasting. Near black with a big tan head. Aroma is infected unfortunately, coffee and chocolate coming out but with some nastiness. Flavour is moderate sweet and light sour. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle at THT thanks to John/Jim. Almost black with big dark beige head. Massive sour berries, soft old coffee dregs, weird herbs, baby poop. Medium sour. Light bodied with fizzy carbonation. Too bad it’s ruined by the massive infection.
